Company History

Community, to give among each other, refers to the interaction of people in sharing resources or values. New Community Strategies (NCS) is an organization that builds community: reshaping and enhancing communities utilizing cutting edge strategies.

Founded in l994, NCS initially conducted municipal management studies and financial analysis for municipalities. NCS established its government services division to provide direct services in management of cities and special districts in 2000. In 2005 NCS added the management of redevelopment districts and housing and community development programs to its inventory of services. NCS became the contract finance department for a number of cities in South Florida and added staffing, interim management services and grant writing .

New Community Strategies’ involvement in reshaping and rebuilding communities led to NCS becoming a full service licensed community management firm. The growth of homeowner associations, condominiums and other common interest associations in Florida created a need for professional community management to work with boards to address the challenges faced by communities.

In the early 2000’s. New Community Strategies' Association Management Division began serving condominium and homeowner associations in South Florida with an experienced professional staff focused on maintaining the community’s assets and providing administrative support for the association. As a leader in the use of technology in community management, NCS strives to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Web-based applications and other tools enhance communications between association boards and residents. NCS places a strong emphasis on customer service.

At New Community Strategies we innovate. With our cutting edge strategies, we work to improve communities.
