Accounts Receivables and Collections
From the initial demand letter sent to working with the association’s attorney we can be your consultants. We will manage the entire collections process on your behalf, provide detailed reports and assist the Board in making business decisions when considering Association foreclosure / Receivership / and collection of rent from tenants of delinquent owners.
Requests for Proposals
NCS can do the legwork involved in the tedious task of soliciting and gathering information needed for the Board to decide on work to be performed for the Association. We will solicit bids from vendors provided by you, from our network of vendors or combination of both.

Management of Association Owned Units
When the Association decides to pursue foreclosure action against an owner and culminates that action then receives title they are faced with some immediate needs/challenges. We can manage this process, reduce the length of time the unit is vacant thus increasing the amount of potential rental income.
